What we do

We stand between asset owners and investors, and make sure what crosses is real.

01

Deal origination

Direct relationships with operators, owners and sponsors: acquisitions, farm-ins, development capital and project finance.

02

Screening & verification

Authority to transact, title and licences, reserves and production claims, sponsor equity and counterparty integrity, checked before any introduction.

03

Structuring support

Clear definition of the interest, use of proceeds, holding structure and the consent path, alongside licensed advisers and counsel.

Sectors

Real assets that power economies.

We focus where our relationships and technical judgement add most to an investor's decision.

Upstream oil & gas

Producing assets, redevelopment, marginal fields and non-operated interests.

Gas & power

Gas processing, gas-to-power, flare gas commercialisation and midstream.

Mining & critical minerals

Precious metals, battery and critical minerals, and processing capacity.

Energy infrastructure

Refining, storage, terminals and transition-aligned energy projects.

Regions

Global in reach. Deep in Africa and Asia-Pacific.

We consider opportunities worldwide, and concentrate our relationships where resource wealth and capital need meet.

MAJOR FOCUS
